Can anyone tell me if I will have any problems trying to open an acct with a book that does not allow US Residence, by using a friend's address in another country? I been reading more about books asking for picture ID before they will allow a withdrawl which may be an issue. I'm hoping someone has already tried this and can provide me with some advice. Thanks

Why not just have your friend make the wagers for you AND have him collect in his country........and then have him settle up with you personally?

I would not recommend lying to a sportsbook about your place of residence..........you are asking for nothing but trouble.

You are correct in stating that more and more books are requesting PICTURE ID's....... more so than ever before.

DO NOT TRY AND PULL A FAST ONE ON ANY BOOK.................AGAIN, YOU ARE ASKING FOR NOTHING BUT TROUBLE.

thanks for the response..

but i dont see it as pulling a fast one on the books.. its not like i'm trying to cheat them in any way... its not like the books will turn down my action.. its just that they are trying to get pass the legalitys of handling US customers, which I've already done.

Lets say that I do have my friend open an acct, can I fund it using my Neteller??? or does he have to open one up himself? that may be a problem because he's not a sports gambler and I don't think I can talk him into doing all that for me..

Again, I have given you my advice.

I would never lie to a sportsbook about my ACTUAL RESIDENCE or ACTUAL MIALING ADDRESS.

Other posters on this board may feel differently than me, but that is my stance on this issue.

Do not lie to a sportsbook!! Why even give them a reason to hold your money and not pay you?

It may be worth contacting the CS dept and trying to read between the lines if they really are serious about non-US customers or if it's their ploy to try to avoid the authorities' attention.
