Anyone have multiple hd boxes in the same room? Direct TV technical service sucks ass. I have been on the phone for hours trying to figure out how to seperate the IR signals so both tv's do not change channels when flipping around.

i think you'd be a lot better off consulting the box's manufacturers, or simply asking for the next level of tech support immediately. Don't waste time with the first level or two of customer service.

all my boxes are in different rooms.

but i found out the other day that all my remotes can operate every box in the house.

it might be that when you change the channel, both boxes react to it.

try changing the channel from the box itself instead of using the remote.

(i am assuming you have both boxes directly connected to the satelite in some way)
