Fed Ex is an option, but it also cost $50 compared to a free EFT withdrawal.

i used it at SBG to open an account. I know they are a not so highly regarded book, but I've heard good things about their debit card and I'm not gonna be keeping big balances there either. BTW, CS rep said I could withdraw any method I choose ........

I have had nothing but trouble trying to use them.

Also, if you list a cell phone as your phone number you will have to go thru a bunch of hoops down the road to verify the number is real...they don't tell you that upfront.

Their internet chat goes down for hours...

I don't think the unforseen has anything to do with DOJ ...it was working earlier this morning for me.

I myself haven't had problems with them. This is the first thing that has popped up. I'm on the phone with DSI now, hopefully they say I can withdraw a diff method for these 3 weeks.

They probably got red flagged with the banks somehow and have to come up with a new excuse for transactions. I guess "Farm equipment rental" for withdrawls didn't last to long.

They're a "mickey mouse" operation.

Disagree. Prior to today I had no problems with them. They have been solid and don't charge withdraw fees to bank account.

That's before they started getting more business. A couple of sportsbooks have picked them up as late and I'm sure that's getting them noticed.

When I had a customer service question, I got the same person every time, Tatiana.:lolBIG:

Just called their 800 number they seemed to be unaware of this problem...I think they may be undermanned more than anything.

I think that above email was a problem for the individual customer, not their business.

Snappa should call them and see if its just his acct (1-888-286-2010)

No its me to. i looged into my account and the US bank withdrawal is removed. They are having a problem with all the US banks the lady said. It's a new encyption device for gambling purposes I assume. Sucks though cuz DSI says I have to withdraw back to them since they can't reverse it in there system, so will just pay the 50 for the fedex check. Will banks accept a candian check?

I'm sure they would. There's nothing wrong with that.

No offense, even with all the BS going on, Neteller still works. They're not Neteller.
