Would anyone consider this betting a bad line and takinga shot at a book?

If the line moves 2 points everywhere, but a book does not move the line, would it be unethical to place a wager the line?

Not at all. It is their business to keep up with line movements and yours to take advantage og the best line available.

no bad lines r obvious like wrong fav or backward run line if they dont move line off opener they r fair game
