2nd Matchbook payout request not going so good

I requested a bank wire of a dime last week and they never emailed me or deducted money from my balance for 2 days, so I did live chat and they told me they were changing banks. Oh well no big deal, so I request 1 dime by fedex on thursday and today did live chat

If this check is lost I think I might be up a creek, what do you think?

Don't worry, Holysmoke--we've never had a check go missing. Customer service tells me to apologizefor not having a tracking number for you this time and that bank wires will be available again shortly. Netellers, checks, and other channels are all working fine.

just got tracking numbers and they did not send my check until today!

why charge 28 dollars for fedex shipping on Thursday and not get it shipped until Monday???

I have received Neteller payouts usually within an hour from Matchbook in the past and since the new legislation nothing has changed.Just fyi.

Thanks, guys. As most people will attest, Matchbook payouts are generally lightning fast. Since we're an exchange rather than a sportsbook, our only reason for existing is to offer superior customer and trade support.

HS, we're as upset as you are to find that our processor sent your overnight mail on Monday instead of Thursday as promised. Naturally, your $28 has been refunded.

I do not understand this about sportsbooks - and this does not get directed just at Matchbook.

How do you guys screw up your banking and your tracking numbers all the time???

I've been involved in many businesses and not once do I think I have been caught without a bank account (Even when changing banks) or without a tracking number.

You guys are in a business that moves cash daily. How do you screw it up repeatedly? If I had a dollar for every bank change, I'd have hundreds.

When you change banks, move half your money, wait, once it gets there, move the rest.

When you send fedex, print the damn label online and you'll never not have a tracking number again.

This is not very difficult. I could teach a 2nd grader.

They don't do it themselves is the answer. Most every sportsbook i've had a cheque from uses a 3rd party processor.

How the 3rd party screws up is, of course, another question.
