my husband & i went to the humboldt game last week to see Nielsen & Hundermark(who are both commited at iowa) play in one of the quarter final games & they are AWESOME!...and now they're going to be in the championship game for the state...not bad for little Humboldt population:5,000....so maybe there will be hope for iowa in the years to come! *linz

LOL You Iowa people crack me up. Iowa is a team that every few years will be able to compete with Michigan, Ohio State, and Penn State. SOrry guys that's just the way it is and is going to be. I know that there's not much else in Iowa though. So Iowa football is #1 there.

Livermore, Iowa native Dallas Clark is starting TE for the undefeated Colts.........and is a former Hawkeye.

Isn't Livermore near Humboldt?
