Requesting A Withdraw From Betcris

Hello Folks,

So sorry for my english folks.Today i have made a phone call to Cris customer service for requesting a withdraw on my account and they ask me for my account number which it, i understand but also my password too i thought the only things they need just my account number and my secret question not the password my question is this it the normal procedures for them asking me for my password and i have to give it to them to verified this is the real me in order to process the withdraw. all replys are welcomes adn i thank you very much in advance. bunksa

I was just talking about this today with ClubManCoop.

It is normal, many bookies do ask for password over the phone, some even ask over Instant message. It isnt the most secure way, some bookies, like MANSION and BOWMANS have seperate passwords for phone and for internet, so that the phone clerk will never know the internet password, but most do not.

Again, I agree that this isnt the most secure system, but this is the way it is at many books, and I beleive 365 is one of them.

Yes that is normal procedure...You will be paid just fine, Cris is one of the very best in the industry .

Well the same could be said anytime you phone in a wager, the clerks hear your name and password, I don't know if there is any viable option unless you do the entire thing over the internet and even then I m not sure.
