Running out of Deposit methods - help

Does anyone have a suggestion for depositing funds? Because I am in MD, I can not use Netteller, Firepay - gone, WU - gone, moneybookers wont let me deposit, and the prepaid credit cards are being taken away. HELP! Keep in mind I am only sending between $200 - $500.:nopityA:

Has Western Union stopped taking $$$ transfers that look like the could be funding a gaming account? Oly has sent me to Walmart to do a express money transfer. A lot cheaper than WU.
