im not doubting it at all, just saying sounds like they had a HUGE staff if they are laying off 100 employees,

how many did they have total?

no idea, but it doesn't make sense that 100 were needed for the book part, to service USA customers. Nobody used the book.

again, I ask....

does anyone know how many employees they had before the Layoff? How about After?

are you actually telling me they employ Hundreds of Clerks?

Considering they didnt even have Phone numbers for the first year and a half, sounds really weird to me.

What does make sense, is they no longer have phone customer support for Americans, they'll only talk by email / live chat now I believe.. The phone ratio is probably 1:1 where as live chat is about 1:4 plus at places I know that use it.

I seem to get the same two people at Pinny when I have to call in a bet.

Its certainly a major event that hasn't gone unseen in Gibraltar, where the total population is 28,000.

I just came back from there tonight (gmt time) from a 2-day visit to operations there.

Layoffs are approximately 35% - 40% of the company's entire workforce.

I don't think it necessarily means anything negative in the immediate, however it would be wrong not to factor this new element in the "risk factor" of Mansion.

Many will recall how many changes in policies and commercial strategies Mansion has gone through ever since its inception.

My guess it has more to do with the POKER side of their business rather than the SPORTSBOOK side..........no?
