It was once at the old Stardust on Sunday afternoon, on a lottery basis, when selected players would bet before the official line was released by the Stardust - at that time "where the line originates."
With the Stardust gone (tho I don't think in recent years they originated the line, that was I think when Scotty Shetler was there) are there any places either in Vegas or offshore (CRIS?) that still does an Outlaw Line, letting knowlegeable whales bet and then adjusting before making it official?
