Helluva account balance he must have had. Must be a pro for that balance and must have cleaned out his earning for the decade. Should be a way to avoid that.

Just another reason why Online gambling gets a bad rap........this is a honest mistake and anyone with a half a brain would refund this guy.....but not in the online world.

I imagine it was programs that grabbed his bet before he could do anything. I posted about a London punter that developed his on program for live golf, no doubt a similer situation. With that much money in his account he is a pro and this time it backfired. My similer mistakes cost me a couple hundred bucks.

Then again maybe he was from Jakarta?

That is absolutely ridiculous.

I don't offer odds on exchanges and this is a good reason why.

These exchanges should have a bad line thing built into their system. If anyone offers a line of twice the normal line, it should stop them.

Agree, something like a message saying "Are you sure you want to offer this ? ". Then if the guy does it anyway, so be it.

I saw a similar story a while back, I think it was betfair where a guy offered ridiculos odds on a horse by accident and he got cleaned out of a big chunk of money as well.

Some casinos have something just like that, e.g. bet365 for BJ
when one accidently hits on a hand with 20. Pinnacle will let
you go ahead, hit it & take your money.
