Can someone explain Wisconsin accepting Capital One Bowl Bid?

I pay ZERO attention to the BCS because I am not a fan of anything. They arrange the games and I bet them.

That being said - Im sure there has to be an explanation why Wisonsin (currently ranked 8 BCS) would accept a bid to a non-BCS game this early.

What if several of the teams in front of them lose? Wouldnt they go to a big money BCS game?

Help me out here.

Ohio St. and Michigan (both from their conference) already have ended their seasons. Thus they cannot lose and Wisconsin cannot jump either. Also, the maximum each conference can take to the BCS is two teams leaving Wisconsin out and Michigan and Ohio St. in

Haha, you can say that again. Bill Snyder must be proud of these guys and how they set up the schedule this year.
