Flutie showed quite an arm on that beautiful ball....it always amazed me that Phelan went down past the defenders and caught a clean ball over and behind everyone.

Hurricane warning............

The Miami Hurricanes will close out their regular season when they host the Boston College Eagles at 7:30 p.m. in the Orange Bowl. The Hurricanes need to win the nationally televised game on Thanksgiving night to earn a berth in a bowl game for the ninth consecutive season

Being a big UM fan from Florida the way that game finished was a nightmare for all of the ' Canes faithful.........

I am in CR but my brother will be going to the game in the old Orange Bowl today.

Lets hope there is not a repeat performance and they can pull this one out of the fire !!!!!!!!!!
