It's nice to see him lighting up the Lions. He may have had a different career if they would have surrounded him with 3 first round offensive linemen instead of 3 first round receivers.

Right on ! It really doesn't do any good to make your first pick a QB if all you do is surround him with duds for protection !

I've liked him as well. He is a good QB. Not great, but serviceable.

Sometimes a change of scenery works wonders and in this instance looks like it did him some good.

Always had the feeling he would be alright if he left Detroit and was given a chance elsewhere.

Detroit ran a system that didn't fit him nor compliment his skills, plus he didn't have much help either.

Sometimes a system alone will make or break a QB. In Detroit it broke him and in Miami it looks to be proving his doubters/bashers wrong.

No, I didn't end up taking the Lions. I had planned on betting Detroit +3 for 2 units and Detroit ML for 1 unit, but wanted to wait for the juice to come down on +3.

I fell asleep around 8am and planned on getting up around noon to place the bets, but didn't wake up until half way through the 1st quarter.

Had I bet, I would have posted it officaily in the tracker forum.

I'm glad I didn't get up in time though.
