    Forget the minutes.....Go by miles.

Walk 2.5 miles every single day and lay off the junk food.....Put a little pace to the walk.

[QUOTE=Greenbacks;12087040]I`m down to around 10% body fat.

I killed it this winter.....My goal was for it to be met on April 1.

    I conquered it.

just re-read a lot of this thread again and i'm amazed. i can see now that i could have put more emphasis on nutrition.lol...weight is at 238 right now and i've been walkin 1 mile for about 2 wks....like several guys pointed out to me,what i eat will have more of an impact on weight loss than anything else..i never got under 235 and it's simply because i ate too much..

same time and distance as yesterday..weight is at 232.8.....nbacapper,here is everything that I've learned..getting rid of the lard is pretty much what and how much I eat. few years ago I was walkin 5 miles almost every day and went from aprox 300 to 235. I went for several months without a weight change, got dejected and just eventually stopped everything that had been workin..I can see now that I was eatin way too much and the only thing stopping me from gain was the walkin and of course that cannot work in the long run. anywho, today I focus 90% on what I eat and I walk because it makes me feel better and I've got a dog that looks forward to it....today I don't eat any processed food at all. pretty much, oatmeal, cooked in apple sauce(unsweetened) for breakfast and a quick snack. grapefruit, bananas, apples, mixed vegetables,tuna,mackerel,beets(pickled)..black folgers. an occasional sprite zero...primary reason I eat these foods is because they are filling.....keep the continue...

I started walking about 4 months ago and lost a little weight I do 5-6 miles 5-6 days a week. I saw very little weight loss, I then was told by my doctor to count calories and now use my Fitbit with the Under Armour calorie counter App which is easy and really good to use, I try to stay around 2000 calories a day and with that the weight has started to come of pretty quickly and of course I eat healthier since I watch what I eat. I have days I go over but most day am under....

Give it a try it works
