After seeing the VIP offer on the RX, I was about to sign up and deposit. The No. 1 selling point for me was the fact VIP offered a debit card (SurePay). I am desperately seeking out sportsbooks which offer such cards (please, betjamaica, bring it back).
Anyway, I was about to begin playing at VIP until I read their rules regarding the debit card payouts.....
"Please note: We can only credit funds back to your SurePay account up to the value of your total deposits."
In other words, if you deposit $500 and bring your account up to $2000, you can only request no more than $500 via the debit card. Any amounts beyond would have to be withdrawn from a different source. This makes no sense to me, and I thought perhaps the wording was wrong, so I called customer support. Sure enough, this is correct. They say it is for "the customer’s safety" I ask them to explain, they cant.....thanks, but no thanks. I’ll keep looking

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..
