1 other quick question: What seems to be the STANDARD on how books handle reloads after you w/d. I have w/d at Bet Trojan and Bet Mania in the past month and have lost after the w/d. I have called and both didn't answer the nite I have called and have been to lazy to call back. How do most books handle this, what is fair in your opinion?
