In 6th grade I woke up one morning with an overwhelming sense of sadness that someone had died. I went to check on my Dad to make sure he was alive, thankfully he was. I looked in the mirror, and said "someones father died." When I got to school it came over the intercom first thing in the morning that one of my close friends father had died the night before.
I also had a dream about a shelter with people out in bad weather with wind and rain and alot of people running to get away under a shelter, and during it Jesus came down and scooped up one of the people.
Several years later while doing a laundry detail on a miserable day in Marine Corps bootcamp, It struck me as I looked out the windows that the storm that was brewing was very familiar. Like Deja Vu. Although dangerous, I separated myself from the detail and stopped and just stared through the window realizing this was just like a dream I had. I was staring across the street to the rifle range where recruits were hurrying to get out of the rain into the shelter. In no time the weather worsened and the sky lit up white with lightning and a loud bang. When the lightning flash cleared I saw one recruit laying dead on the ground after being struck by lightning. He died.
I dreamt the tsunami at least one year before it happened, as well as the World trade Center.
I also think I've been shown a mass execution by German soldiers in a grave. It didn't feel like a dream, but like I was living it. They got us all off a truck blindfolded, took off the blindfolds as we were in a mass grave and shot us one by one.
