Books usage of "recreational gambler" is similar to how the military used "commanders discretion" to fuck over a soldier whenever they couldnt via clearly written rules & regulations.

Proceed with caution and maybe its best to altogether avoid books that rely on that type of nonsense to fuck over winning players.

If I roll mine over which should be soon I will post how long it took for my WD...I do not think ill have any issues there live chat was very friendly and there response to email has been great with me
