Does CRIS give a crap about customer service?

I wrote several emails to CRIS, and also tried to express my concerns via live chat. The emails were never answered, not even with some type of form letter, and the live chat ended with an "i'm not sure what to tell you.....have a nice day." response.

My concerns revolved around the fact I was told by customer service (both a live chat rep, and from someone who claimed to be the casino manager) that CRIS offered a rebate on casino losses. Now that I lose a chunk of change and inquire about the rebate, I'm basically given the ole:finger: :finger: by CRIS.

The rebate isn't the main issue here. We're not talking about any sizable amount, that's for sure. What ticks me off is that it appears as though I was deliberately lied to, and the lack of response is something you would not expect from what is supposed to be an A+ book.

I'm an old CRIS customer who returned because of the Debit Card that is now being offered. God, I hope BetJamaica comes back with a new card VERY SOON!!!!!!

Speaking of......Scotty from BetJamaica could make a HUGE amount of money offering his services to the Offshore Gaming World. Every single offshore book should hire Scotty and allow him to teach their customer service reps what "customer service" truly means. In terms of CS, NO ONE comes close to BetJamaica.

CRIS customer service is their only fault, and its big. They should be ashamed of themselves, it's fucking pathetic. "A" book, "F" cs.

I opened an account finally with CRIS about a month ago.

I had a question about the rollover so I initiated a chat. This dude comes on and patiently and very politely answered all my questions. Told me he wanted to go over the rollover in detail because he wanted to make sure I kept the bonus. Best CS experience EVER for any book.

Not that any of that means shiit cause I am new to CRIS just wanted to share my experience.

I LOVE CRIS and DSI. I have to admit though CS is not the best. Customer service is the LEAST important factor when deciding wether to deposit with a book.

Yeah, sometime CRIS live chat operator sound impatient and wanted to end the chat asap.. and they ever response to email at all.. and the high vig :discuss: but one thing for sure is your money is safe.
