Went to their concert here in CR a few weeks ago. I actually like the music... but when the singer TABOO was spewing ANTI-AMERICAN RHETORIC in a country full of Americans (Costa rica) I was appalled. Now he happens to be American with Mexican roots... so I hope he grows some balls and moves back to Mexico if he feels so strongly about his convictions.

Still no response from the great Taboo. I've been slugging it out with a few of his minions, but Taboo has still not made a post to set the record straight. A guy from Canada posted that he heard the same kind of anti-American rhetoric at a concert in Canada. Some are saying that he's anti-Bush, not anti-American. If he was caught saying anti-American comments, there could be a conflict of interest with BEP music played on the Ford commercials. If he's anti-Bush, why does he feel a need to say shit like that in Costa Rica? It's not like he was trying to get the young people out to vote (since Ticos obviously can't vote in a U.S. election). I think it's in very bad taste.
