Pinny customer service

Anyone else experiencing problems? I emailed them over 24 hours ago inquiring about a $4000 payout and have received no response, not even an automated response, when they usually respond within minutes.

Anyone else received or not received emails back from them? I would call, but don't want to run a big bill cause I live in the U.S., is their phone service more efficient?

Does anyone have Pinny's toll free number?

Still an unsettled situation for me. Sent off an email Saturday, again yesterday, and even one to their email address for new sign-ups and haven't heard anything back.

Does anyone have Pinny's toll free number? All that I'm seeing is this number 011-5999-4338725, which definitely doesn't look toll free. Emails from them have always been answered within the hour, but this is starting to concern me.

AC, Pinnacle has told me that they have not received any emails regarding your w\d request. They asked that you resend to CSD@pinnaclesports.com.

Thanks TTinCo, I resent with the CSD in caps this time and called the toll-free number from SBR and they said they got it.

Wish they would put the toll-free on their "Contact Us" page...probably make it a little harder to find so you will email first.
