Hell, the NFL regular season is almost over. Not sure how traffic flows during the playoffs and bowl season, but if I were a betting man I'd expect more of the same as the cost won't justify the benefit for the few more busy weeks remaining.

But all you have to do is shut off the search feature for that hour and you should be able to get in. It takes pressure off the server.

We definitely have a couple growing pains. I can assure you that they are being looked into (one problem was fixed, but there is obviously another).

Crunch time at 5800+ is really putting the hurt on something, no doubt about that.

The problem is one that arise often in the games industry. Most companies aren't willing to pay for the extra rack space, servers and load distribution software to cope with small bursts of traffic, as all the extra infrastructure would go unused the majority of the time.

Everyone involved in Rx. upper management is aware that we have had this problem the last couple of Sunday afternoons - usually between Noon and 1PM EDT. Money is not the problem, the solution is in what software, hardware and other apparatus required to correct the problem. Please rest assured that everything possible is being done to make your visits here at The Rx. as enjoyable as can be. Hopefully the situation will be rectified by next weekend.
