I don't think you will get a middle opportunity though...looks like a lot of USC money coming in as they are now +3 -111. It will be interesting to see where this line goes.
The line that was pretty shocking to me was Louisville opening at -6. I think they will blow the doors off Wake Forest.
I also think LSU is a better team than USC this season and could embarass Notre Dame.

Yes, Carroll is an awful coach, and when given the rare chance for him to show it, he usually does. He is reckless on 4th down. He gets credit when he makes it, but playing against bad teams it doesn't bite you in the ass as much when you gamble. His teams never play well in 1st halves. Again, when playing shitty teams as they usually do, you can overcome it.
