He has great arm strength, throws an accurate deep ball, has great football instincts, is a workaholic (very dedicated), and makes great decisions....

We will see about what he does in the pros...

I have to think that Quinn will be drafted before and achieve more in the pros than Troy Smith...but time will tell!
