F*ucking Neteller!

Been waiting 4 days for my ETF and still no sign of my money.
I got so pissed I finally contacted them tonight, and was just told they had "Processing Problems" So ... That's not my f'in problem.

If that was the case they should have contacted me and offered to send me a check Fex-Ex overnight to make up for the delay.

For what they charge in transfer fees and such, I can't beleive they couldnt do anything for me.

You mean for the $0 they charge you to EFT...?

You should always plan for 7 days with an EFT TO Neteller. EFT from neteller to bank account, about 1 day.

Honestly, I'd rather have it that way than vice versa.

It's not TO Neteller ... It'S FROM!

I cashed out Dec 2nd and it's now the 7th.

So like I said .. Where is my money ?

It's always been 5 FULL business days for me, never a day shorter. No idea why you get an outbound one in 1 or maybe 2 biz days max, and it takes a freakin week to deposit.

I doubt the problem lies with neteller. It's probably that banks don't want to relinquish their money to offshore entities. I even have this problem going from my bank account to ING, but in reverse, it's still lightnight quick. :D

I just got my ETF, two days which is what it usually is.

Ya this is the first time It has taken so long. What kills me is no one even thought to contact me. Like if someone emailed me 2 days ago and told me about the "processing problems" and offered to send my funds Overnight Fed-Ex at no charge I wouldnt have a problem.

The problem I have, is they just assume they can take however long they want. It's says 1-2 Business days, so how come we are on business day 5 tomorrow ??? They even said I might have to wait till Monday. WTF ?

What if it was the other way around and they were expecting the money ? Very un-business like. :nono5:

I was wondering if there was going to be any problems in
Dec. I moved money to my checking on Dec 1 and it was there
Dec 4. maybe nothing to worry about.

I forewarned people of Neteller's standard of service being in sharp decline a month ago but a couple of mods saw fit to move my thread into the Rubber Room.

Be careful what you say as some people are sensitive, but I will re-iterate, Neteller has sucked lately!

1-2 Business Days!

If they can't stand by what they advertise, they should change the wording on the withdrawal policy.

"1-2 Business Days for a Withdrawal" Then in small letters it says ....
"you get your money whenever we feel like giving it to you. How about we hold it for a week, then make up some bullshit story of "technical problems" when you start to inquire about it. We dont see why we should keep you informed of any delays, because in the end our customers have no real recourse if we ever fuck up. To bad suckers!"

Withdrew Nov 30, in my US bank Dec 1. Faster than usual in my experience.

Remember if service varies those getting fast service don't complain so reports are always skewed.

It's easy to criticize.. I'm good at it especially where big business is concerned... Can find fault at the 'drop of a hat' so to speak. So not a defender of those with the fat wallets or Wall street. But Neteller has passed the test of time and it gets under my skin when folks find fault with them.
