Where do most people place "In play Live bets"?

Just wondering where everyone places there live bets at? I used to use bet365 but they dont accept US customers, so I am just wondering what are the best caliber books who accept live wagors for all sorts of games including soccer. Thanks

Matchbook, Pinnacle and WSEX offer this. Don't think they offer it on soccer matches though

Matchbook mainly, Pinny and Greek if I want alternate pointspreads on the ongoing games.
