It really strikes me as funny because it happened to Jim Gray of all people, he's always been kind of a prick with in your face on NBC tough and sometimes embarassing questions. Wish I heard that interview.

I don't like Jim Gray because he's obnoxious. But I felt sorry for him one time when a player got angry at him during an interview and said some personal stuff about him. Does anyone remember that interview?

Larry Bird hated him. Also he was in Pete Roses face at that major all star event asking major questions and putting him on the spot. Do not get me wrong I hate Rose for his denials but there is a time and place for everything and Gray is an idiot.

Exactly. I remember that.

I loved it when he went up to interview a baseball player walking off the field after that and the guy acting like he was going to give him the interview and when they went live he said "We have made the decision not to speak with you after the way you treated Pet Rose". The look on Jim Gray's face was priceless. He looked like he was going to cry.
