Anyone want to take a stab at explaining this?

I have no money at any poker site. would like to play again at some point. so I click on this e-mail offer of a $500 bonus for a $1000 deposit from something called rikapoker.

these bonus terms made me go huh? three times. no, I wont deposit. small time sites are nothing but aggrivation and this one is nuts. seems like they really are offering no real bonus. its all BS that cant really be used or cashed out

So the bonus is not up front; you get it once your balance falls below a certain amount ($10.00). You also only get these bonuses after a qualifying number of hands.

Also, bonus is 'sticky', meaning it is not cashable.

Sounds like a pretty shitty bonus to me, but that's what that means.
