mute those motherfuckers

If you have surround sound and a home theater receiver (5.1), simply mute the front channels (front-Right, front-Center, front-Left) and the subwoofer and you will get ONLY ambient stadium/area noise out of the 2 rear speakers!

JOE MORGAN IS OUT OF MY LIFE ONCE AND FOR ALL!!!!! :thumbsup2:

joe morgan ....r u kiddin me ???

Joe morgan is probably one of The BESt anouncers on television today.....HE's Got opinions And above All Else He is informative .....He always gives you a player's perspective and in most cases you'll come out learning something about the game . If you don't like his opinions That's one thing , But to say that he sucks is a huge leap .:monsters-

Joe Morgan was a great ballplayer and he is one of the best announcers around. When I see posters calling a class act like him, a dumbass, and that he sucks, I can only hope he stays on as long he wants to. You guys are clowns, and Joe would not let you shine his shoes...

He may have been a great player but he knows nothing about baseball as an announcer and is a bumbling idiot. He's one of the "old boys" of Baseball who think that Wins and Losses is more important for, of all positions, a pitcher, than things like ERA and WHIP (just listen to him argue that Clemens didn't deserve the Cy Young 2 years ago)

He sucks. I wouldn't shine his shoes.

Some of my favorite Joe Morgan moments:

Joe Morgan: He got hit in the leg, looks like he got hit in the leg. Definitely looks like he was hit in the leg, right back at him and hit his leg. Took that ball right on the leg.
Color Commentator #2: Looks like maybe in the stomach.
Joe Morgan: I don't know, I can't see it.

Joe Morgan: That [the Red Sox rank 2nd in OBP] surprises me, because that's not what they're known for. They aren't usually that patient.

Joe Morgan: Last year, they were a little bit more free-swinging.

Joe Morgan: [a little later] Well, I see here that they actually did lead the AL in on base percentage last year, too. But they weren't that patient. They're more patient this year.
Not to mention how much he rips on statistical analysis, sabermetrics and the "moneyball" philosophy all while admitting to never have read the book and at one point saying that statistical analysis of sports by satisticians and economics is like "computer geeks playing a video game" and completely useless for evaluating player talent.

Worst. Announcer. Ever.
