All the geniuses here are going to tell you the Colts is a "square" play. If they'd won last week maybe, but I don't see them losing two straight. I'm no Colts fan, but the Jags ain't that good.

Take a look at some of the intelligent posts arguing for Jax that are in the NFL forum.

Are there any teams in the NFL that do well ATS on the road as a favorite?

Remember when people were wondering why Dallas was a 2 point home fav against the colts a few weeks ago.

I think Jacksonville wins.

LOL Indy by 21 pts. LIke Dallas loss to Giants at home, take out Texans loss, both of those two teams are two of the most dominant home teams winning by double digit blowouts. Jacksonville always plays Indy tough just never gets over the hump. Jacksonville is tied for wildcard sitting on outside to tiebreakers so this is a must win game. With Taylor and Drew, they should control clock, keep Indy offense off the field, and win this game methodically. Just because Indy lost lw is no reason to think they are going to win because of that. They are not playing as well and can't stop run. Take out Philly game when they were on downtick to losing McNabb, and they could have lost 3 of 4 including Buffalo game.

ummmmm you guys forget to bring up the Colts 2 point dogs to the Patriots which was a steal.... so if the Colts win this steal they will have won two steals out of three not bad

I got no strong opinion on either side but those thinking the Colts are a lock might be taking the Jags too lightly. Jacksonville has a very strong front 7, top 3 in the game IMO. Overall the defense is ranked 4th and they are very disciplined, not many penalties, they make you work for what you get.

On the flip side the Colts are dead last against the run, opponents average over 5 yards a carry, Taylor (or whoever is healthy) might not only have a field day, they may be successful in keeping Peyton off the field if they can control the clock on the ground. I just don't see anything easy in this, going on the road with that defense is never easy when facing a team as talented as the Jags are.

Call me crazy but I am actually leaning towards an UNDER bet if I make a play at all in this game. Good luck all.
