Absolutely YES. I think Rancher didn't notice the FIRST HALF part of your question. A tie at the half is a great middle/side to have, and 1 is not bad either.

right, i didn't. even so, 15c is a stretch.

That is a fantastic play if you can find it. 15 cents is nota stretch....15 cents for the tie alone is worth it.
