Won last night with the Clips, on to Sunday....


Charlotte Bobcats +8 1 Unit

Well I am sure this may be an unpopular pick, but that is fine. I see that over 75% of the betting public is on the Suns. That is not a bad thing at all. The Bobcats are off of two straight terrible offensive games, against San Antonio and Houston, two of the best defensive teams in the NBA. I think they will find scoring a little easier tonight against the Suns, who are giving up over 107 ppg on over 47% FG shooting. Love the fact that Felton called out his teammates after the last loss, saying that players are not giving 100%. I expect the team to respond to the comments. I know the Suns are on a great winning streak, but I think this is a perfect spot for a letdown. The Suns should have lost at NJ and were on the ropes in Boston. I will take the live home dog, who has a shot at the outright win, with all these points against a terrible defensive team.

I like this angle. I've been watching the Suns the last couple games and wonder when they will get beat on this road trip as it appears they just squeak out wins.

do u have any thoughts on the total for tonite SB?
i see phoenix scoring and bobcats who are young, running and gunning with them and since phoenix plays no D unlike SA and Houston who Bobcats just got done playing

gotta say I thought this was an old post when I saw Bobcats......

but also know when I looked over the lines I wasn't interested in laying 8pts on the road.

One thing I do have is alot of faith in you and your capping. So I'm sure as aprehensive as I am on this game I'll play it....

Loser....

Well Charlotte looked good 1H, but the Suns 15-0 run in the beginning of the 3Q killed this one. I could put out a late play and go for the winning week, but will just settle for 3-3 on the week, losing a little.

Updated record is now 35-19, 65%, +14.3 Units.

Not the best of weeks, 3-3, with 3 blowout losses. However, the NBA season is a grind. Still over 60% and yet to have a bad week. The season is 8 months long, a true grind. Time to get back to winning next week. See you Monday....
