So I've been looking around for another reduced juice book recently, and I've seen BetTrojan recommended here a few times, along with a couple others. So I sent an email to them and the other books I'm considering with questions about factors that matter to me. This is how the exchange went:

ME:

1) Do you offer reduced juice for basketball? When I look at your lines page, I see everything at -110
2) What are your limits for nba and ncaa basketball?
3) Do you offer free Neteller withdrawals? If so, how often?
4) Do you offer overnight nba and ncaa basketball lines?
5) Do you offer any initial deposit and reload bonuses? If so, what are they?

I just got your email from yesterday afternoon and I can tell you straight forward that this is not a book for you. Our lines will never be up early enough for you, our limits will never be high enough for you and you’ll never get a bonus.

This may be straight forward but I’m saving us both a head ache.

Glad you posted this. More or less what he stated in that email was that they are a deposit only book. If you have a clue you are not welcome.

I got booted after hitting them for a few thousand. Balls like acorns. This book belongs in the long list of shit books that is out there. People keep touting them for "telling you up front" about winning too much. Big deal. They are probably running this excuse for a book out of their mother's cellar.

Oh, i didn't know they had a rep for booting players after winning, or telling them up front. I was just digging through old "reduced juice book" threads and saw bettrojan came up a few times. it was only after signing up w/ them and checking out their site that i realized they only allow $1000 initial deposit and $500 bet limits....LOL. seems hard to find a reduced juice book that allows decent size wagers, oh well. just pinny and cascade so far for me

heritage responded to my email and said they offer reduced juice only monday thru friday. i guess i can live w/ that

They aren't deposit only, they pay, and fast.I feel safe playing there, however it's not the place for multi-dime bets.

They pay so far but books that reply in the manner shown in this post and that feel the need to boot ultra-fast. I've seen this before. They could be having trouble.

They've been like this since the start though, I think it's a safety-first attitude rather than a sign of imminent danger.

I suspect that in the case of the OP, his details must have been flagged.

It just seems to me that they dont want customers who care this much about the things I asked. Heritage responded to each of my questions just fine.

1) Do you have a casino linked with your sportsbook?
2) Do you accept 5 team parlays?
3) How is Indy a pkem ?
4) Do you have World Series odds up yet?
5) What are your limits, because I like to double up after a loss
6) If my credit card dosen't work, are there any other ways to send money? Maybe Western Union?

Also please don't send me any mailers, as I don't need the wife finding out.

I think just Topcat ( credit book ).
