Problem with Pinnacle Sports

I am having a problem with Pinnacle Sports. On Dec 7 at 4:46am pst I made a few bets on b league Russian hockey. A little after 5am I tried to find a website for live updates on the game. The actual website of the league is what I found (www.fhr.ru) and through a little translation(it's in cyrillic) I was able to find their live scoring page. When I clicked on the game I bet, it was already over, having started a few hours earlier. At 5:13am pst I sent an email to Pinny to let them know the game was over....... They gave the usual "we will notify the proper dept", blah, blah, blah.......well for a couple of days they responded to my emails saying they were looking into it. The last one I received said they had conflicting starting time info from fhr.ru(the ACTUAL site of the league) and betandwin.ru(a SPORTSBOOK!)....anyway, I have been sending 1 email a day since to get an update and I have not received any more responses for 3 days.........It's not alot of money (about $170) but its the principle that they won't help me even though I also took the time to find and send them the proof. I sent to them the link of that game, the link of ALL games for that day and a website that will translate the cyrillic for them...........it all doesn't matter, they just stopped responding.


I have never had a problem with pinny before so I didn't want to have to post this, but by ignoring me what else can I do?

Let me guess, the game you bet on that had already taken place lost and you want your money back.

Yes, but if you win you dont get paid and you get booted for past-posting, and if you lose you have to suck the big one and choke on it.

That is one busy book right now. Glad to see them doing so good, but they need to hire some more peeps to help out. I also think we see them at least go to a live chat by next FB season.
