Last nite I bet $550/$500 on San Antonio -7. I recieved NO e-mail or notification all day and now I checked my account and they refunded the bet and told me the line was bad. It was -9 at a few books but I hardly think this was a bad line. The problem was I played back most of the bet at another book so I am out $500 on a winning wager. A bad line to me is wrong team favored or something ridiculous but 2 points off is hardly what I will call a bad line and the worse part is no-email or phone call and they admitted it. This is wrong and I am pissed.
I cannot even find on the site when they cancelled it. There is NOTHING and even if there was I deserve an e-mail or something. I never thought twice about this being that bad of a number. I have seen bad numbers before and this hardly constitutes a bad number. I called and they blew me right off.

5 Dimes are amateurs. They expect the customers to do all of their work for them.
I used them for tennis last year because their lines were bad, and at times they would have matches open for betting 5 hours after they had FINISHED. Of course I would play the the lines on these matches ( fully expected the bets to be cancelled and not caring ) but I got a derogatory email telling me that it was my right as a customer to alert them if they still had open matches up. I told them that it was their right as an employee to teach at least one staff member how to tell the time, and be able to use their math skills when it came to using the World Clock and adjusting the match times.
Two points in the NBA ( or most anywhere ) doesnt constitute screwing you on a " bad line ". Its a shame, but more and more books are trying this kind of crap. A very amateurish book in my opinion, and what they did to you proves it.

it was 2 points off. I hardly think that is a bad line. I bet about 5 plays before I went to bed last nite and they were all what I would consider 1-2 points off the consensus numbers on different sides and totals. Nobody else has had a problem with these plays. I just cannot beleive they didn't make 1 attempt to contact me. She even said that they usually do it but this circumstance they didn't.
I am trying to hold it together but I am not really happy about this. Sort of bush league in my eyes.
