Service has been good....Software leaves much to be desired.....would rate them a 3 out of 5....will not cause you any problems, BUT Iam a small player I think............G.

Solid but the same complaints crop up regularly.

(1) Bad Software.
(2) If you win your max bet is cut to tiny levels.
(3) If you accept a bonus you may run into problems later, especially if you are a winner. The bonus is only for recreational players (translation -- losing players).

Joined about 1 month ago did the 200$ for 100% bonus rolled it over and cashed out about 950$ with no problems....there neteller W/D takes about 4 hrs to hit your

CS was very good on live chat

overall good experience

VIP Sportsbook usually have some solid Hockey ML lines. Don't forget to check out their sunday promotion. Wager $50 or more on any NFL sides/total/parlays and get $50 for their casino.

I have played with them for almost 3 years. I have never had a problem although they cut my limits drastically. I still like them.

I got my limits lowered there after a little run some years ago. Not a book for players that wager $500 and higher a game. Geared toward the smaller recreational player.
