Solid work Fish....

Even more impressive are the 7 point plus dogs...

Stats are just off the top of my head, but last year I believe 7+ dogs were 4-0 and in 2004 they were 7-1

13 of these at last count this year.....me thinks it will be a very merry X-mas

Gotta love bowl season. Changes galore from open to close. Memories of Nebraska ML last year fresh on the mind. Bowl games a different breed of game.

Michigan opens -3.5, USC now -1

I think I have had one, maybe two, profitable Bowl seasons in my life. Some of the teams that show up are seemingly there to impersonate themselves, as it becomes obvious early on in the game ,that they have packed it in weeks earlier. Of couse, I am usually holding a big ticket with these mutts.... No denying the Bowl trends listed in this thread, as I am probably not the only one here who has taken a good ass kicking from the least expected team that somehow gets up for the "big game". Overall I have found the Bowl seasons to be very attractive but way too expensive.

For many years, the LIBERTY BOWL was an UNDERDOG heaven...........roughly between the mid 70's to mid 90's.

If somebody could find the ATS records for this bowl game for the UNDERDOGS, it would be greatly appreciated.........and preferably broken down year by year.

fish, liberty bowl stats will be fun to look at. do you really think the players efforts on the teams this year are effected by the trend in the Liberty bowl past years. Like the favorite team will let down and not play to potential and the underdog will play better than linesmakers think. Think about that question a bit before your answer. I really want to know what you think ofnthat.

someone told me the other day that the last 3 years almost 75% of bowl games have gone OVER the total.

anyone have an idea if this is true?

the early games tend to go over. however, this is the first year with the new clock rules so...tred lightly.
