Some of the things that I have read this season regarding my elite Saints team has been downright comical.

Week 1)

Saints defeat Browns. 1-0

Forums reaction:

It was the fucking BROWNS!! There no good, even GREEN BAY is going to beat them next week

Week 2)

Saints defeat Green Bay. 2-0

Forums reaction:

Oh, Green Bay sucks!!! The Saints are going to get destroyed against ATLANTA, Atlanta is a real fooball team.

WEEK 3

Saints destroy Falcons. 3-0

Forums reation:

Well that was expected. This was the first Saints home game since Hurricane Katrina. It was an emotional win. The Saints are really not that good. The Panthers are going to destroy the Saints next week.

Week 4

Panthers defeat Saints in the last seconds. 3-1

HAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOLD YOU THE SAINTS SUCK!!!!!!! TOLD YOU CHOP!!! YOUR AN IDIOT CHOP!!!!!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!! SAINTS ARE LOSERS at 3-1!!!! SUCK SUCK SUCK!!!! So fucking what. The Saints beat a bad Tampa team, this does not prove a damm thing. Philly will destroy the Saints next week.

WEEK 6

Saints defeat Eagles. 5-1

What do you expect. The Eagles just got through playing a very emotional game against the COWBOYS. They were due for a major letdown against the lowly Saints. The Saints got lucky and played the Eagles at the right time, that all. Watch the Saints fall apart the rest of the season.

Baltimore beats Saints 5-2

Well on 2nd thought the Falcons really arent any good(although according to the forum they were going to destroy the Saints before the game, but once the Saints won they are all of a sudden no good) Dont be surprised if the up and comming 49ers whip the Saints next week.

Week 13

Saints destroy 49ers 8-4

Well the 9ers arent very good after all. The Saints are getting very lucky beating bad competition. Next week when the Saint play a real team they are going to get there ass handed to them on a silver platter. The Cowboys are going to beat the Saints like a drum, and show the Saints to be the pretenders that they really are. The Cowboys will win 38-13, 42-10 etc..............

Week 14

Saints kill the COWBOYS!!!!

Well the Cowboys were due for a bad game. Romo cant play perfect every game. Every team deserves a mulligan every once in a while. The Saints really are not as good as they looked. I still think Dalles wins this game 8 out of 10 times.

My reaction:

Not only do they destroy the Cowboys, they do it in there own back yard, having mercy on there poor souls, kneeling out the clock. The Saints could won the game 56-10 if they really wanted.

Hahahaha.......I don't think any NFC team will beat an AFC team this year in the Super Bowl. AFC just so much stronger, as evidenced by the fact that the Saints went 1-3 against the AFC North and barely beat the Browns.

The Saints are a different team now. The Saints are undefeated this season when they dont turn the ball over. The game agianst your boys was a perfect example. You know good and well, if the Saints would not have turned the ball over so many damm times, they would have won that game.

In the last month, with the emergence of Reggie Bush, and not turning over the ball, they have destroyed every team they have played.

This is the hottest team going right now. A real Super Bowl contender.

Please dont compare this Saints team to the team in week 1,5,7 and 9.

No, I want people to be held accountable for what they say.

People spent all year long bashing me for my predictions, and bashing my team. But not a single one of them came in here yet to say that they were wrong.

One of the most underated things about the Saints is there defense.

Did you know that the Saints are 3rd in the NFL in pass defense? This is from a team that has won there last 4 games by an average of over 21 points a game. Meaning that the Saints opposition has been forced to throw the ball on almost every down, but yet the Saints are still 3rd in the NFL in pass D.

For those that think the Saints are all offense and no defense really has not been paying much attention.

Should be a great game, although, I think Drew Brees will tear them a new one. He knows the San Diego defense like no other QB in the league. He practiced against them for 4 years. I think the Saints will get out early on them.

Dub, I feel the same way. Saints are a great story and it's hard not to root for them...but Chop has certainly made it much easier with these weekly threads.
