Went to withdraw from skybook for the first time and didn't realize they charge $15 per withdrawal??? wtf?

And to top it off.. since they only allow a max of $2500 per day I now have to do multiple withdrawals and it will end up costing me $30.

$30 isn't a lot of money, but almost every other book offers at least 1 free w/d per month.

But - I did receive my money the same day at least.

I don't think I'll be depositing with Skybook, at least until next fall. The only thing they offer now that other books don't have is a 2-3 hour window late Friday night - very late sometimes - to get a free 1/2 point on Saturday games. I'm not sure if that is worth the hassle when a lot other books offer reduced juice and have lines out earlier.

Just my opinion.

Exact same situation with me.
Need to do 2 Neteller withdraws at $15 charge each since skybook capped it at $2500.I asked where the withdrawal limit was posted on the website and the cs rep was non-responsive.
Does anyone see this limit posted?

Disappointing skybook !

Its amazing about the withdrawal fees. For a small/rec gambler, when I am ready for a withdrawal, it makes me want to withdraw my entire balance since I have to pay a fee each time.

Really, are you guys kidding???? 15 dollars.....Go back to the old days....Meet your book at a coffee shop, hope he has it all, hope you don't get robbed, hope you don't get busted, hope the guy don't die, hope his car don't break down. Also, I forgot, ask Skybook to make your teasers a loser on a push, and tell them to shave the half a point off.

MAN, I cannot see the gripe about 15$

Skybook.com has given away over $100,000.00 in FREEE prizes at this site alone. I think calling us cheap is somewhat of an overstatement. Just my humble opinion.

Just chimimg in not a slam just an obsevation.

This is what us guys used to talk about at the race track as to why have a pick six carryover as it essentially screws the every day player.

Give it away each day, spread the wealth and help out the meat and patato guys that come everyday.

When there is a big carry over the syndicates come in and take it away.

Maybe a few guys win a television, meanwhile seems the everyday player wants a 1/2 point on thier baskets.

I don't want my case reviewed and I wasn't asking for anything.

Skybook Dude - I wasn't calling Skybook cheap. Please point to my direct quote where I said that please. I'll wait for your reply.

I was simply stating facts for others here at therx.com. I seriously haven't/hadn't read that Skybook charges for each withdrawal and was simply pointing that fact out.

I also made a point to mention that my money was in my account the same day which I obviously enjoy.

I love the contests as well, I just probably won't be eligible for them anymore since I won't be betting there much.

sorry for any confusion,
clark

I know what you are saying Tin but those fees really do add up if you are in a lot of books and have money spread around. You have to be careful, fees can really eat up some significant dollars without you really thinking about it. That said I do agree Skybook is one of the most generous books around this forum and it is appreciated, if I had to pay the $15 I would rather do it a book that throws some back my way. Not that I ever win a damn contest but that's a story for another day.

No one twisted your arm to give that stuff away, so get off your high horse. Your company does this for marketing purposes and trying to steal market share, and you get it back in other ways. If you didnt have these giveaways you wouldnt have anywhere near the customers you do have, so its not the purely selfless jester that you make it out to be.

Now forget telling us how much money/TV's youve given away, and explain why the " free 1/2 point " is available maybe for 30 minutes each Friday night if players are lucky, and are insomniacs with no social life?

Theres been 100 threads complaining about your almost non-existent " free 1/2 point " on Fridays, and you havent responded to one of them, yet when someone complains about withdrawal fees you post twice in a couple of hours telling people how generous you are. Please tell us about the false advertising and the " home of the free 1/2 point ", and why this offer has virtually been eliminated.

:WTF:
