Very surprised that Isiah Thomas has not been suspended along with the rest of 'em...

That suspension for Anthony is going to hurt...maybe he will learn from this.

why do you think isiah thomas should be suspended? Have you ever played competitive sports?

do baseball pitchers intentionally hit batters?

That is what they get having their stars still in there in last 2 minutes of a blow-out win. Thye knew Knicks had nothing to lose as worst team in NBA.

Lets see...

yes...yes...yes (some pitchers get ordered to do it...some do it on their own)

Thomas' feeble attempt at trying to rationalize that brawl is reason enough for a suspension...but they could also suspend him on the grounds that he is doing a fine job... in trying to destroy the Knicks franchise.

The Denver Nuggets should get fined by the league just for keeping their starters in that late. They do it in every game just so Anthony and Camby can pad their stats. I might be in the minority, but I can see where the Knicks were coming from in starting the whole thing.

Isiah should be suspended because earlier he warned Melo to stay away from the paint. Now if that's not a hint that a hard foul is coming up then I don't know what is.

I think they kept the starters in there late cause Karl and Thomas do not like each other. Remember George Karl is a huge Larry Brown supporter. I think Karl wanted to beat the Knicks as badly as he could.

Agree 100%

The whole thing could have easily been avoided if Karl wasn't holding some grudge and just took out his starters when he should have.

Now he will pay for it.

I am of the opinion that Isiah has been involved in more heated rivalrys that anyone in NBA history.

Except for maybe Larry Bird.

Many people on this forum seem to be heaping blame on Melo...

I have yet to see even one person on this forum separate himself from the typical espn sheep spouting off at the mouth as they are well programmed to do when espn slants their stories one way.

People are talking about Isiah Thomas and how he should get suspended, others are running off calling melo some punk ass for that sucker punch.

Its not the first time i have seen a brawl or hard fought ball game and therefore i wont go jumping around like a monkey whooping and hollering for people's heads.

Instead i will ask the question all are glossing over because apparently it was Isiah Thomas making excuses for a fight.

What the hell was Camby and Melo doing on the court with 1 minute left up 20 friggin points? George Karl is the right guy to heap blame on and if i were the owner of the Denver nuggets i would take the half million right out of his pay check.

For those that may not know the truth about the situation, George Karl wanted to embarass the knicks and ISiah Thomas to get some revenge for his friend and buddy Larry Brown.

He has single handedly cost the nuggets their season just so he could show up some other coach he hates. If i am the owner of the nuggets having watched some moron coach torpedo my teams season like George karl i would be livid as hell. I could care less who threw what punch when and where. If i am paying a millions to some coach to manage my team, i am entrusting him with millions iin player salaries. If this moron goes off and puts my players in jeopardy for some shallow attempt at revenge, i swear i would dock his pay so fast!!!! If i am the nuggets ownership i cant even blame the knicks. They had no play off hopes, they are in shambles and really have nothing to lose. So my moron coach goes of and uses my players who i am paying millions of dollars to exact his revenge on Isiah Thomas...I swear if i were the owner i would have called Karl on the court right then and there and told him to get my starters out right infront of the crowd!!!

But we here at the rx are mostly dumb sheep, all incapable of seeing the bigger picture and always focussing on the irrelevant crap that is played over and over...

Go on....talk some more about melo..and the sucker punch..:ohno:

Several posters mentioned this angle when the brawl occurred on Saturday night. You're not the only one who noticed this O Holy one.
