Finally got around to trying them, based on decent reviews on the forums.
Usually willing to give a couple of Mulligans for service, but they pushed things too far, and I feel they are worthy of a bad review.
Strike One,
Initial Sign up. I like to get things on paper, so I sent an email asking how much is the bonus? They replied saying if you send $3000 I will give you $600. No mention of matchplay, and 20% cash bonus for a -110 book is fairly standard ( I know I should have asked - but it was email and I thought with all the good reviews, their CS would not be misleading). It was a matchplay.
Strike two;
I sent an email saying that I found your email misleading and hope you will give me a cash bonus as I may not have joined. They apologized if I thought it was misleading, but they said our bonus rules are "very explicit" and "if you don't want the bonus, please let us know"
One would think explicit would be on the main page. The rule is found somewhere between rule number 44-67.
Strike three,
They offer 107 juice for a few hours during weekdays. I could not get 107, and called to ask why. they said you will have to wait 2 weeks before you get the -107. I asked if this was something just for me, or for all customers, and I did not see this in their rules. She said it is for all customers and no, it is not in the rules.
Strike four,
With $200 left, I received login message saying my limits were redeuced to $500 sides and $250 totals. I called to ask why, and was told I was a professional.
What I am is sometimes making wagers for a dozen guys who follow a friends college football picks - there are no steam picks here, but some bets are over $1000.
They have a right to make business decisions. I have a right to post stuff like this as a warning for people considerng joining Heritage
My opinion.
