Try IOWA FARMLAND......... prices are in the BOOM stage.

One square mile is termed a SECTION .........and equates to 640 acres.

Current prices range from 3,400-5,000 per acre........depending on the productivity of the soil, location, and other factors.

I guess its back to the grind for me. 640 acres is doable though.
