account hacked

two months ago my account was hacked into at one of my books. they transferred the money to poker and lost it to themselves. the poker department did an investigation and said it came from their end. that was two weeks ago. they said it was transferred to the sportsbook for them to do their investigation. i call and nobody is there and nobody returns my call. i asked what telephone # they had for me and was told it was 123 123 1234. is it possible shrink or somebody like that could email me so i could talk privately. i don't want to divulge the name of the sportsbook if they are really acting in good faith. maybe it takes this long.

does anybody have any info whether or not it usually takes this long.

i got an email back from them that said they need to look into these things furtherly. that's why it's taking so long.

at the bottom they have a ticket # and then these remarks

I'm sorry...I'm sure this is not funny to you and your situation sucks. I just think it is funny they would actually come out and tell you your situation is of "Low Priority" to them. Now that is great customer service.
