I use 3 to 3.5 points in NBA.


In NFL 2.5.

On average about 6 in NBA.

Half a goal in NHL.

goto the sagrin ratins at USA today and look at the computer for home team adjustment, the average is 3.36.

If 6 is the case than the Dallas game would be -19.5 if game was at Dallas instead of Seattle tonite, right? Meaning you would take the 6 points off Seattle meaning it would 13 or so at a neutral site and 19.5 at Dallas. Do it with alot of games tonite and it just don't add up Utah -17 against Atlanta at home, Charlotte -8 against NY at Charlotte. Golden St -10 at home against Boston.

These would be 12 point swings if home court was switched. Sorry don't agree.

But to answer your question, i think it goes from 2.5-4.5. And in soccer, it's pk to -0.25.
