For the TV's. Some guys are picking yards combined as TB, others seperate them, some use points.

Is it officially yards for both games combined ?

I see a scenario where an active customer could hit the two sets of 4 props, and the tiebreaker, does he then get two TV's ? I don't think that is the intent.

There probably should have been a seperate thread for each game ?

How about an official statement ?

Doug, I was off yesterday and didn't get a chance to proof read the tiebreaker it looks like we may have make a ruling of some sorty. I will try to get this information to Skybook Dude as soon as posible.

I was looking to put my entry in, and have no idea what to use as a TB. Best is probably to seperate it, but you have entries already, but they are all over the place with TB.

I suggest starting over with two threads.

Doug - new rules

The tiebreaker for The Christmas Skybook DudeTV Contest is the combined total net yards gained by all four NFL teams playing that day during BOTH games!!!!!

I AM GOING TO EMAIL THE POSTERS WHO USED POINTS instead of total net yards as a tiebreakaer AND ASK THEM TO CHANGE UNDER THE EGARIOUS ERROR RULE. Posters who have played already and forgot any kind of tiebreaker are stuck with their entry. The new change became effective at 4PM EDT Friday December 22nd..

****Please note that Skybook.com reserves the right to modify any props made with egregious errors. Consequently, be sure and check the props before the contest starts to ensure that you have the picks that you want posted the should you need to make a change based on an egregious error by Skybook Dude.

If for some reason the posters who used points dont get the messsage - either my email or from one of these threads then I will make a tiebreaker for them that will be their official tiebreaker. (I hope it don't come down to that)..

One thing you might want to furthur clarify is if there must be two seperate winners, or if the same person can win two TV's.

Lets say an active nails the first game, then he has roughly a 6% chance of also getting the next four props correct, and he already must be real close on the yardage.

Also a good point - highly unlikely but the last thing I want to see happen is the same person win two TVs. I will se if i can get that rule added before kickoff of game one.

I'M surprised that more posters are not taking a shot at the $2500 Matchplay, which is a nice score.

Wil: I guess we both misread it. I somehow got the idea they were giving away a TV on each game, and I guess you did as well ?

It's clear now. That's why they did it with one thread for both games. I think it was the 2 in the thread title that led me to think incorrectly. Congrats to the winner !
