Is when they cue up that infamous song during his training montage.

a little taste to wet your appetite. Watch minutes 3-5. when you watch it in rocky 6, you'll still get chills.

The rest of the movie is pretty much garbage.

it's a 3.

it's corny, cheesey, however u want to put it. it's pretty fucking lame.

But like i said, the training montage is badass as usual. And Sly Stallone is fucking huge. Dude must have had mad 'roid rage during this whole movie production.

Good stuff with the training montage. I'm not sure if I'll see the new movie - might just wait for it on cable.

No titties, not even any real love interest. Its a bit cheesy, but if you love Rocky you will enjoy this one. Sort of a nostalgia piece. If you never saw the others or didn't like them then this one definitely is a pass.

One of my favorite scenes ever... "win". Just dragged my kids in here to watch Rocky run up the steps. I feel like running 10 miles right now!!!

It was alright, except basically for a solid hour or so, you're just saying, "shut the hell up and fight someone!"

It's an average movie at best, compared to the first 4, it doesn't stack up, but it wraps up the story.

Definitely a pass, even for rental after hitting the video stores.

I enjoyed Casino Royale & will see Borat, The Departed, Eragon,
Babel, Apocalypto & Deja Vu.

i thought Rocky Balboa was great because it gave this series and character the send off it deserved compared to Rocky V. Plus, the fight scene is bad ass. Looks just like you are watching it on HBO PPV.... and Stallone and Tarver both took real punches in that fight to help it look even more real.
the fight scene was a bit over done dont you think? he tried to go back to the original rocky on this movie,,,,,and you cant go back, and if you try it fails. but it was ok and a fitting end to the series. marshall movie was better.
