Anyone want a referal going to deposit a dime but need to find a good sportsbook anyone got any suggestions one that has easy withdrawl and deposit method something maybe with some kind of atm/debit card? Also do any of you know of somekind of prepaid atm/debit card that I can buy that comes with a routing number so books can do a etf to it? Maybe a payroll card?

DSI! (affiliated with CRIS). They have a Debit Card. Great bonus. I assume that you already have Pinnacle. They are the best of the best.

I don't care about referrals, I know places that pay better on parlays, but lack a card.

Bettrojan for one pays at calculated odds. A two teamer with both at -105 pays something like +282, instead of the standard +260.

I don't know much about the debit card thing, and who has what along those lines.

I don't want or need the referral - but instead of trying to find a book that does EVERYTHING, just find a couple of different books.

Trojan for the parlays
Pinny for the scalps
BetJM/Skybook for the contests
CRIS for the debit card

and get a Neteller account to shift the money around.
