Best thing ever happened was to have that BUM McNABB go down.

Knew right then and there the EAGLES would be a force.

It's not even that Garcia is a good QB it'd the fact that McNabb has held this team back so far it's nor even funny. McNabb gets the yards passing that all teams give him. The easy yards.

McNabb could never pick out the open receivers and hit them in stride like a good N.F.L. QB can do. Like Garcia! This team is now ready to play and I would watch out if I was the rest of the N.F.C.

I won't predict anything, but this team is and always has been 1 of the best teams in the N.F.L.

Team is playing real well right now but I wouldn't go that far....

I think the NFL is tough to rally around a "bigger than life" QB.....Such a team game...McNabb needs to be a bigger force in the huddle, getting in people's faces, being more vocal BUT IN NO WAY IS HE DETRIMENTAL TO THIS TEAM......

But go Eagles...Go Garcia...I love how they're playing

The only thing McNabb did was to get the Eagles into 3 championship games and to a Superbowl....what has he done wrong??? He bought the Eagles back to respectability and he will come back next year strong as ever...Know it all....you know nothing!!!

I know that getting +258 on a money line is about as good as it gets and it's from my firm belief that McNabb is the reason this Eagle hasn't won a super bowl. The team can win a super bowl and have a QB that can't get them there. That's happened alot of times. McNabb got lucky joining the right team with the right coach who would have built the Eagles into a winner WITH or WITHOUT Mr. McNabb. Now if you don't know that then you don't know football.

I was givin a gift today because the Eagles were going to win this game today and it had nothing to do with gambling a money line or a total for that matter.

If you know football you would have known that this Eagle team now has a QB that can make the right throws and find the open receivers. That is the difference between good QBs and bad QBs. That is finding the right receivers to throw to and finding them. Garcia does it easy and you just have to block for him alittle. McNabb can't do it at all and his arm isn't great at all either.

Think what you want I could careless. But when I see a team that just solved it main problem and they are underdogs just because there really isn't that many people that know football this inside and out that still think the Cowboys should have been more than a 3 point favorite.

Well that's what make a winning sports better and 1 that guesses. Thank you very much.

KIA...Did this Eagle win change your life or your lifestyle??? If you thought the Cowboys were no more than a 3 point favorite, you should have loaded up...I respect your opinions but sometimes your arrogance rubs the wrong way...future good luck to you sir...

Red007....I think T.O. said that Garcia wasn't a stud....anyway I'm rooting for my Eagles anyway, even without McNabb....

No win has ever changed my life. I would never make a bet that could affect my life in any way.

I just am happy about this because I understand that every player is overated and when betting there's a huge advantage sometimes when the betting public and even the wiseguys don't see the affect a player or situation has on a team. Most stars are overated and can even be replaced. I firmly believe this mostly happens in football as it is the ultimate team game.

I know that Andy Reid would have had this Eagle team winning with or without McNabb. That's something that Andy Reid doesn't get enough credit about. This team is all about Andy Reid and not McNabb. Not at all.

Yeah yeah, but we all know come opening week next season and McNabb will be under center. Eagles just came together and played as they should have all season. The lousy losses at home where they didn't show up and then having the world against them in that Tampa loss made it easy to just pack it in. Then the horrible state of the NFC and the lost QB to rally around picked everyone up. They are a good team by NFC standards and the talent goes far beyond what any QB could do, but come on guys McNabb's a better QB and would be under center next week if he was healthy. He'd be the NFC's second Pro Bowl QB with no questions asked.

this defense isnt the philly defense of the past

they did well putting pressure around romo and containing the run but they are inconsistant

watch the indy/philly game

they will have problems w/ a stud runningback and hope they dont go against a back like alexander/seattle

Wildbill McNabb just isn't and was never a better QB than Garcia. If McNabb played for Cleveland and Detroit and San Francisco he probably isn't even playing anymore. Garcia is a pro QB and showed that in San Francisco with 3 pro bowls. Garcia and Owens was the reason the 49ers got into the playoffs. When they left the team became the worst in the league.

If McNabb left the Eagles? Well you see what would happen. Why do you just blindly think he is good? McNabb was never a good N.F.L. QB and just got lucky he got to play for Andy Reid.

Luck and playing for Andy Reid is the best part of McNabbs story. Even Vick would look good playing for Reid.

YO---All you guys listen up here.
It's about the passion. Fullfilling the Dream. It's not about age or money or fame.
It's about the improbable..like
The old gunslinger (hasbeen) against the flashy fast kid.

It's Bret Farve vs the world thing or maybe this year a guy named Garcia that no one gave any love to till now---that brings it home to a city by the name of brotherly love....

I think Garcia is a great story but personally the credit should be given to Reid here. What he did is simplified the offense and made it run first instead of making it pass first with McNabb.

With McNabb in there he was throwing it on average 31 passes a game and with Garcia he's been only asked to throw on average 26 times. It helps that both Buckhalter and Westbrook are healthy.

LOL@ unwarranted hate of McNabb on this board.
