Mansion WD delayed?

Should it take over 24 hours to recieve a payout to Neteller?

"Business days" exclude Saturdays, Sundays and UK and Gibraltar bank holidays.

The above MANSION processing times represent the time within which MANSION will instruct the relevant financial service provider to transfer funds. The actual receipt of funds by you will be subject to the further processing and clearing times of these third-party financial service providers.

First-time withdrawals

If it is your first withdrawal request and you have sent us all of the necessary information required in accordance with the MANSION Withdrawal Policy, then you should allow 3 business days for this information to be reviewed and verified prior to our Finance team commencing processing of your withdrawal.

Yes, however Neteller is listed above under "e-wallets" instead
of "{b}anking". As such there appears to be no "business day"
restriction to the time schedule listed, so i expected they
would process my payout within the usual time frame, i.e. 24
hours. BTW, I assume Mansion processes Neteller WDs on
weekends even though they are not "business days". :drink:

Mansion processed a 5 figure Neteller withdrawal for me in under ten minutes on Saturday Morning. They have always payed me very very fast. I wouldn't worry, probably just a Christmas anomaly with your request. Oh, and they do process Neteller on weekends.

Mansion payed me at about 5 AM PST today, i think,
around 7 hours late. An Xmas thing, i guess.

At this point I think Mansion is not a great place to put your money. I have an account there and was an affiliate for them. I have twice made affiliate withdraws and both times had to wait over 30 days to get paid when on their website it said 14.

As a player, I as well have been delayed with Neteller cash outs, sometimes taking 3-5 days which is terrible in this day and age. As well, getting a hold of their CS over the phone has often taken me over 30 minutes.

Just my 2 cents, but I would use other books as their are many better out there.
